All of our spirits are made using the same basic process. We start with grain alcohol (basically 192 proof vodka) and cheese cloth bags full of herbs, fruits, and spices — the exact mix being dependent on the flavor. We leave this mixture to steep in a steal tank for at least one week. Then, we add the sweetener – sugar, maple syrup, and honey depending on the flavor- and water to proof it down to normally 40% ABV. This is again left for a second week. Then we remove the cheese cloth bags, filter the product left behind, and bottle it.
